Your 2017-2018 Pack Leaders!

Pack 3074 is a Cub Scout Pack chartered to Overbrook Presbyterian Church.

Below is the official BSA organization chart for the Cub Scout Pack.




Cub Scouting's volunteer leaders work with boys and their adult partners to improve their communities by enriching the lives of the people who live there. Cub Scout leaders support the family. They take an active part in helping to strengthen families and their boys by providing a fun-filled, worthwhile program that teaches values. Pack 3074 has many wonderful, hard-working, BSA-trained leaders, as listed below.  For more detail on their responsibilities, click on the hyperlink next to their name.

Chartered Organization Representative: Tim McCoy. Main responsibilities: Tim is the direct contact between Pack 3074 and the Chartered Organization - Overbrook Church. Tim is also Pack 3074's contact with the District Committee and the Local Council. Tim appoints the Unit Committee Chair.


Committee Chair Craig Sherratt
Committee Chair: Craig Sherratt

Main Responsibilities:  Every Cub Scout pack is under the supervision of the  "Pack Committee". Pack 3074's Pack Committee Chair is Craig and he oversees the gerenal operation of the pack.
Craig is also an administrator on Scoutbook.





Treasurer Tom Wright

Treasurer: Tom Wright 

Main Responsibilities: Pack 3074's treasurer handles pack funds, pay bills, maintain accounts, and supervises fundraisingTom ensures the pack’s finances are sound. In particular, he creates budget plans, maintains bank accounts, approves purchases, collects dues, and keeps records. 




Pack Trainer Christina McCoy
Pack Trainer: Christina McCoy

Main Responsibilities: Christina conducts, or facilitates, the training of leaders and adult partners in the pack.  Christina promotes training to help leaders learn to plan and conduct pack and den meetings and activities.  Christina's goal is to have 100 percent of the pack leaders trained in their position responsibilities. 
Christina is also Assistant Medical Records Admin.






Mem. & Reg Chair Jennifer Donohoe

Membership & Registration Chair: Jennifer Donohoe

Main Responsibilities:  Jennifer prepares re-registration papers and an annual report to the chartered organization. She secures signatures and registration fees for the coming year, keeps membership records, visits with new adult partners, assists the Pack with membership goals, works with potential Den Chiefs,  and does her best to retain members. 





Assistant Reg. Chair Mike LeRowe

Assist. Membership & Registration Chair:  Michael LaRowe

Main Responsibilities:  Mike assists Jen prepare registration papers, recruit new members and work with the pack to retain members.












Cubmaster David McCoy

Cubmaster: David McCoy

Main Responsibilities: Cubmaster McCoy holds monthly pack meeting which include all boys, leaders and 
adult partners from all dens. Cubmaster McCoy secures strong leaders, helps plan den and pack activities, and he's active in advising other leaders and adult partners
David is also the Bobcat Trainer/Leader.




Assistant Cubmaster Pam Sherratt

Assistant Cubmaster: Pamela Sherratt

Main Responsibilities:  Assists the Cubmaster, supervise Den Chiefs, help plan and coordinate Den & Pack meetings, Cub Scout  recruitment & registration, work with Troop 474, plan & help with all activities, including summertime activities, and support BSA policy.  
Pam is also  Advancement Chair and the administrator of Scoutbook.




Assistant Cubmaster Brock Stull
Assistant Cubmaster: Brock Stull

Main Responsibilities:  Assists the Cubmaster, supervise Den Chiefs, help plan and coordinate Den & Pack meetings, Cub Scout  recruitment & registration, work with Troop 474, plan & help with all activities, including summertime activities, and support BSA policy.
Brock is also Camp-out Chair.







Popcorn Kernel Lynn Adinaro
Popcorn Kernel: Lynn Adinaro
Assistant Popcorn Kernel is Duane Webb

Main Responsibilities: Lynn & Duane ensure the adult partners understand the importance of selling popcorn and the per-boy fundraising goal that is set for them by the Pack. They arrange pick-up at the warehouse and distribution to scouts. They ensures all popcorn information is filtered down to each scout family, including sale dates, product orders, prizes etc. They keeps everyone on schedule and place online orders.



Medical Records Chair Mark Cotter

Medical Records Administrator: Mark Cotter

Main Responsibilities: Mark makes sure that all scouting adventures: camping trips, hikes etc. are about having fun while being safe. He makes sure each adult partner completes the Annual Health & Medical Record to make sure everyone has a great scouting experience.






Unit Commissioner Pam Pyle

Unit Commissioner:  Pam Pyle

Main Responsibilities: Pam has four major roles to play: She supports Pack 3074's "Journey to Excellence" growth,  She works with the pack to support pack growth and  identify needs, she is the link between Pack 3074 and the Buckeye District, and she helps make sure we have a timely charter renewal.  In essence, Pam works tirelessly to make sure Pack 3074 is a happy & successful pack.

Den Leaders:

Den 1 Leader Dave Donohoe

Den 1 Webelos 2 (Arrow of Light) Leader: Dave Donohoe

Main Responsibilities: Dave works directly with Webelos AOL and their adult partner to execute the AOL program in the Den. Dave attends pack, leader's & round table meetings. He conducts Den meetings and trains AOL Den Chiefs. Dave helps the AOLs transition to Boy Scouts through worthwhile tasks, meaningful activities & camp-outs.





Den 1 Assist. Leader Dan Kelly
Den 1 Webelos 2 (AOL) Assistant Leader: Dan Kelly

Main Responsibilities: Dan assists Dave & works directly with Webelos AOL and their adult partner to execute the AOL program in the Den. Dan attends pack, leader's & round table meetings. He assists Den meetings. Dan helps the AOLs transition to Boy Scouts through worthwhile tasks, meaningful activities & camp-outs.






Den 2 Leader Kurt Bresko

Den 2 Wolf  Leader: Kurt Bresko

Main Responsibilities: Kurt works with the scouts and their adult partner to execute the program in the Den. He attends pack, leader's & round table meetings. Kurt conducts Den meetings but coordinates shared leadership with the Wolf adult partners. Kurt makes sure each Wolf is involved in hosting, planning & executing Den activities.
Kurt is also the Outdoor Activity Chair.





Den 3 Leader Katherine Pepperney
Den 3 Tiger Leader: Katherine Pepperney
Main Responsibilities: Katherine works with Tiger Cubs and their adult partners to execute the program in the Den. She conducts Den meetings & coordinates shared leadership with the adult partners. Katherine attends pack, leader's and round table meetings and ensures a smooth transition to the next rank through worthwhile tasks, meaningful activities & camp-outs.



 

Den 4 Lion Guide Heather Webb
Den 4 Lion Guide: Heather Webb 

Main Responsibilities: Den meetings and outings are facilitated by Heather and participating adult partners. Heather is a Cub Scout Leader and she will lead the first den meeting of the year. She will then help adult partners lead the remaining meetings. Heather attends pack, leader's and round table meetings and ensures a smooth transition to the next rank through worthwhile tasks, meaningful activities & camp-outs.
Heather is also Public Relations & Communication Chair



Den 5 Leader Alycia Johnson
Den 5 Bear Leader: Alycia Johnson

Main Responsibilities: Alycia works with the scouts, their adult leader,  and Pack 3074 leaders to ensure an active, happy Den. She plans & conducts Den meetings and leads the Den in the monthly pack meeting. Alycia attends pack, leader's and round table meetings and ensures a smooth transition to the next rank through worthwhile tasks, meaningful activities & camp-outs.





Den 5 Assis. Leader & PWD Coordinator
Mike Baumberger

Den 5 Assistant Leader: Mike Baumberger. 

Main Responsibilities: Assists Alycia & works with the scouts, their adult leader,  and Pack 3074 leaders to ensure an active, happy Den. He helps plan & conducts Den meetings.
Mike is also Pinewood Derby Coordinator





Deb 6 Leader Pat Long

Den 6 Webolos 1 Leader: Patrick Long

Main Responsibilities: Patrick works with the Webelos, their adult partner,  and Pack 3074 leaders to ensure an active, happy Den. He plans & conducts Den meetings and leads the Den in the monthly pack meeting. Patrick attends pack, leader's and round table meetings and ensures a smooth transition  to the next rank through worthwhile tasks, meaningful activities & camp-outs.



Den 6 Assis. Leader Collin Castore

Den 6 Webelos 1 Assistant Leader: Collin Castore 

Main Responsibilities: Assists Patrick & works with the Webelos 1, their adult partner,  and Pack 3074 leaders to ensure an active, happy Den. He helps plan & conducts Den meetings.
